Ukrainian radio broadcast starts on the occupied territories of Donbas. The signal on the 873 khz frequency will cover the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk, Joinfo.com reports with reference to 112 TV channel.
The broadcast will also be available for the Ukraine controlled territories – Konstantynivka, Kramatorsk, Dymytriv, Artemivsk, Lysychansk.
The citizens will get the informational programs by the Ukrainian Radio and programs created jointly with the Golos Donbassa and Radio Liberty.

According to Ukrainska Pravda, in the Donetsk sector, militants fired used 82mm and 120mm mortars at the villages of Luhanske and Zaitseve. They also fired small arms and rocket-propelled grenades on Ukrainian troops’ positions near Avdiyivka, Kam’ianka, Luhanske, Zaitseve, and Troitske.
In the Mariupol sector, the enemy fired 82mm and 120 mm mortars at Hnutove, Vodiane, Talakivka, Krasnohorivka, Pavlopil.
In the Luhansk sector, militants carried out shelling on Novozvanivka with small arms and grenade launchers. They also fired small arms and rocket-propelled grenades at Novozvanivka and Novooleksandrivka.
Three Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in action in eastern Ukraine.
Corruption in Ukraine: Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine looks into possible frauds by Head of National Bank
Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) started the investigation of possible power abuse cases, where the key suspects are Head of the National Bank Valeriya Gontareva and Head of Deposit Insurance Fund Kostyantyn Vorushylin. The officials could be charged with frauds that they could have allowed while calculating the price of assets of the dissolved Ukrainian banks.
Vladyslav Kutsenko, representative of Prosecutor General’s Office wrote this at Facebook on Friday, January 13. “My report was the reason for the NABU to start the investigation against Gontareva and Vorushylin,” he wrote.
Police completed Kniazhychi shootout internal investigation
The National Police completed the internal investigation and is ready to take disciplinary measures against perpetrators in shootout in Kyiv region.
As it was reported earlier, 5 law enforcement officers were killed in shootout in Kniazhychi as a result of confusion. The employees of the government security service took police intelligence officers for robbers.
“National Police has completed the internal investigation today,” Head of the Chief Investigative Department, Oleksandr Vakulenko.
The National Police leadership will initiate disciplinary measures against perpetrators on January 16.
