ATO HQ report: Russian-occupation forces opened fire 32 times in Donbas in past 24 hours

During the last day the Russian-occupation forces opened fire 32 times on positions of Ukrainian army in the area of the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Donbas, including 6 attacks in the Luhansk sector, 10 – in the Donetsk sector and 16 attacks in the Mariupol sector.

In the Luhansk sector militants made 6 cases of the “ceasefire”. The enemy resorted to armed provocations near Novo-Oleksandrivka village and Popasna town where insurgents used small arms. In addition, the position of Ukrainian troops near Novo-Oleksandrivka were shelled with grenade launchers, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the ATO press center report.

The Russian-separatist forces made 10 attacks in the Donetsk sector with grenade launchers, machine guns and small arms fire near Avdiyivka town and the villages of Kam’yanka and Zaitseve.

In the Mariupol sector the occupiers made 16 small arms and machine guns attacks in the area near the towns of Pavlopil and Mar’inka, the villages of Shyrokyne, Starohnativka and Bohdanivka. The enemy fired infantry combat vehicle at the village of Talakivka, and used grenade launchers for shelling at the villages of Shyrokyne and Bohdaniovka.

The Ukrainian military also detected 5 UAV flights in the ATO area.
