Ukraine’s Zhan Beleniuk won the silver medal in a Wrestling Men’s Greco-Roman 85 kg competition at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro on Monday August 15, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.

In the decisive fight, he was beaten by Russian wrestler Davit Chakvetadze.

Now Ukraine’s 2016 Olympic asset includes four silver medals and one bronze medal.

Serhiy Kulish won the silver medal in the 10m Air Rifle Men’s Finals, Olga Kharlan won bronze in fencing.

Gymnast Oleh Verniaiev won the second silver medal for Ukraine, competing in the artistic gymnastics men’s individual all-around.

The women’s sabre team consisting of Olga Kharlan, Alina Komashchuk and Olena Kravatska lost to the Russians and won siver medal on Sunday.
