The security forces of the Russian occupational Crimean authorities have searched three houses of the Crimean Tatars, a journalist Shevket Namatullaev wrote on Facebook, UNIAN reports.
“After Bakhchisaray, the raids were spread to Simferopol. According to the lawyer Emil Kurbedinov, the security forces are conducting three searches – in the villages of Kamianka and Hoshkeldy in Simferopol district. There is also information about raids in Alupka!” he said.
It should be recalled that the Crimean Tatar Ervin Ibragimov, a member of the executive committee of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars, has been reported missing since the night of 25 May.
The Russian authorities have been violating human rights in Crimea since the occupation of the peninsula in March 2014.
On April 26, the so-called “Supreme Court” of the occupied peninsula, announced Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars as an “extremist organization.” The court banned Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People and forbade any activities of this organization across the Russian Federation.
