“This should be applicable to all cars except for those produced and originating in Russia,” he said at a Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to UNIAN.

“I have received hundreds of letters, inquiries from citizens. To ease pressure on citizens (during the acquisition of a used car) would be a right move, I think,” he said.

The prime minister asked the Finance Ministry, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry, and the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine to prepare a bill on the cancellation of the import duty and submit it to parliament.
