In the Luhansk sector militants 8 times violated the truce near Popasna. Illegal armed groups made provocations throughout the past 24 hours, but mostly in the daytime. In all cases, the militants opened fire from the villages adjacent to the occupied city of Pervomaisk, said the spokesman of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine for ATO issues Colonel Andriy Lysenko at the briefing in the Information Center of the Ukraine’s National Security Service, Joinfo.ua reports.

In the Donetsk sector the situation remains unchanged. As before, the two “hottest points” remain in Zaitseve and Avdiyivka. In addition, the enemy intensified attacks to the south (near Pisky and Nevelske). It was hard situation all along the front line. Militants released 90 mortar shells on strongholds of the ATO forces. In the past day enemy carried out 46 attacks in the Donetsk sector.

In the Mariupol sector the epicenter of the confrontation was in Mar’inka yesterday. Militants repeatedly opened sniper fire and used small arms and grenade launchers (RPGs). In addition, the enemy made two shots with anti-tank rocket systems in Novotroitske.

Also, a flight of an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle was detected near the village of Lebedynske. In total, during the past day there were 11 enemy attacks in the Mariupol sector.

Yesterday four Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in action.
