In Donetsk sector militants 18 times used heavy weapons – 82mm and 120mm mortars. Thus they fired over 110 shells on positions of the ATO forces. Also, militants occasionally used snipers and infantry fighting vehicles. The three main “hot spots” were in the villages of Luhanske, Zaitseve and Avdiyivka town. As before, the active shelling on Ukrainian army’s positions started in the afternoon and intensified after sunset. Just on the past day there were 38 militants’ shellings in the Donetsk sector.

According to the information of the Head Intelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), a cargo train arrived in Hartsyzsk town (on the occupied territory), carrying up to 200 tons of ammunition. And 5 trucks with tank engines and batteries arrived in Donetsk.

It should be recalled that yesterday the 50th the so-called “humanitarian convoy” from Russia arrived in the uncontrolled by Ukraine territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
