“Today’s steps support wider international efforts to seek a diplomatic resolution to the crisis in Ukraine,” Stephane Dion, Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs said, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.

“As agreed by G7 leaders, Canada believes sanctions should not be lifted until Russia fully implements its commitments under the Minsk agreements,” he said.

The list was expanded by the following entities: Inresbank OAO (also known as Investment Republic Bank LLC), PAO Mosoblbank (also known as Moskovskiy Oblatstnoy Bank), OAO Volgogradneftemash, Izhevsky Mekhanichesky Zavod JSC, JSP SPA Izhmash, Joint Stock Company Foreign Economic Association Tekhnopromexport (also known as JSC Tekhnopromexport), Technodinamica Holding, JSC, JSC Tecmash (also known as Tehmash), Ruselectronics, JSC and Shvabe Holding, JSC.

It should be recalled that yesterday, two years from the illegal annexation of Crimea the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini published a declaration on Crimea, calling on UN Member States to join sanctions against the Russian Federation.
