According to the information, released this morning by the spokesman of the Anti-Terrorist Operation headquarters Major Anton Myronovych, militants fired at Ukrainian positions with small arms near Opytne and Avdiyivka in the district of temporarily occupied Donetsk.

Also, Russia-backed insurgents fired from small arms at one of Ukrainian strong points near Starohnativka, Mariupol district. In addition, near Mariupol gunmen opened fire with rocket-propelled grenades and heavy machine guns on Ukrainian positions in Shyrokyne. Ukrainian defenders were forced to open fire in response from small arms.

Militants fired with small arms and heavy machine guns at the positions of the ATO forces in the area of Zaitseve, Mayorsk and Leninske north of Horlivka.

In Luhansk district, militants also used machine guns and automatic mounted grenade launchers. The mercenaries made several rounds from prohibited by the Minsk Agreements weapons of tank towards Troitske, which is located on the administrative border of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
