Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree introducing of special economic measures against Turkey, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to Korrespondent.
Russia expanded the list of new restrictions on the organizations and companies under the jurisdiction of Turkey or owned by Turkish citizens.
“The prohibitions or restrictions [are imposed] on the organizations under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey, as well as entities controlled by Turkish citizens and (or) organizations under the jurisdiction of Turkey, on the implementation of (provision) of certain types of work (services) on the territory of the Russian Federation according to the list defined by the Government of the Russian Federation… “- said in a decree.
Earlier, on November 28, Russia imposed sanctions against Turkey. Restrictions included a prohibition of charter flights, commercial cooperation and employment of the Turkish citizens. The relations of the two countries deteriorated after Turkish Air Forces shot down Russian Su-24 bomber for the air space violation on November 24, 2015.
