The Kremlin is waiting for a response from other countries to the invitation to participate in the examination of the “black box” of Russian Su-24 shot down by Turkish Air Forces. Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that so far none of foreign countries responded to the invitation to take part in the examination, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to TASS.
“As far as I know, no answer has been given,” – he said. “We await the response of the willingness or unwillingness of certain countries to participate (in the examination),” – he said. At the same time the Kremlin spokesman declined to say, which countries were invited.
Earlier this week, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu introduced the “black box” to Vladimir Putin.
President instructed the Minister to examine the parametric recorder only in the presence of international experts. The head of state expressed his gratitude to all who participated in the operation to its discovery and delivery. He stressed that Russia needs to know all the details of the incident.
