Head of Russian occupation authorities in Crimea Sergey Aksyonov said that in 10 days there will be electricity in the Crimea, announcing the power supply from the Krasnodarsky region of Russia to the peninsula, Joinfo.ua reports with the reference to TASS.
In his words, “deadline” for the engineers, constructing the power line across the Kerch strait, is appointed to December 22, but Aksyonov hopes that they will make it faster. Now, most of the Crimea is powered by mobile generators and Simferopol TPP, where after the repair, two turbines generate electricity.
Aksyonov also announced penalties for those entrepreneurs who are using “temporary difficulties” for making money on people, raising prices up to 40 percent.
“Those without conscience, will be properly treated after crisis,” – he warned. He also promised the retribution by “the laws of war” for the thieves of generators and cell phone transmitting stations.
It should be recalled that Crimea has been cut off the electricity supply since November 22.
Electricity supply company Ukrenergo reported that the repair crew removed one of the blown up towers on the line Kakhovka – Titan, then replaced it with the new one. The neighboring auxiliary pillars are repaired too already. They continue negotiations with the activists of the blockade of Crimea.
