The political subgroup of Trilateral contact group met in Minsk to discuss conditions for holding local elections in Donbas. The meeting was held in video conference mode. The parties of the meeting have not reached any agreements, as Roman Bezsmertnyi, the representative of Ukraine said, Joinfo.ua reports.

“The negotiations ended without results, that is, the parties stayed on their positions,” – said Bezsmertnyi. He also said that the next meeting of the political sub-group will be held next week.

The Tripartite contact group will meet in Minsk on November 17.

It should be recalled, that yesterday the militants intensified firing at Ukrainian positions and, in total, conducted 9 provocations and 9 attacks at ATO strongholds.
