Yesterday in the forest, located between Avdiivka and Donetsk detour road, two officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces tripped on a wired mine and were killed in explosion.

In Svatove, the State Service of Emergencies continued to restore the infrastructure of the town after a fire at the ammunition depot. “The water supply was fully restored in the residential sector, gas supply – on 90%. Currently, the town deployed three field kitchens and 3 tents for heating and sustenance of people. Throughout the day 620 people received assistance in this areas,”- said Colonel Oleksandr Motuzyanyk. The sappers continued the clearance of the surrounding areas.

Yesterday in Kostyantynivka, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained a female informant of the militants. She provided the information of ATO forces to the leader of militant network, nicknamed Pankrat, which was detained on October26.

Armed Forces also finished a large-scale training at Shyrokyi Lan military training facility in Mykolayiv region. Paratroopers practiced raiding and terrain defence in the rear of manoeuvre enemy. “Counterattack of the Armed Forces mechanized brigade became a culmination of the trainings. Moreover, the troops underwent a training on psychological resistance under circumstances of enemy’s air raid, involving SU-27 and SU-25 planes and Мі-24 helicopters imitating attacks at low heights,” – said Colonel Motuzyuanyk.

The Red Cross Committee brought humanitarian aid for inhabitants of the temporarily occupied territories. Fourteen trucks with the aid passed through Novotroitske checkpoint.
