Ukraine Today published an exclusive footage about Russian OSCE observer in eastern Ukraine, named Maksim Udovichenko, drunk – and now fired. This exclusive footage was filmed last week by a correspondent from Ukraine Today’s partner news service TSN. In it, the international monitor claimed to have previously worked as a Russian army intelligence officer during the Chechen War, Joinfo.ua reports.Later, the man named Maksim Udovichenko also described the process of cheating entry exams to join the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, charged with overseeing the situation in Ukraine. Several clips were filmed in a hotel in the government-controlled city of Severodonetsk.
