Nadiya Savchenko has made a will and intends to begin a hunger strike again, said her sister Vira yesterday, Joinfo.ua reports.
“She intends to do so. This is the way Nadiya fights. This is her weapon,” – she said. Vira didn’t disclose any details about the wiil.
Today the Donetsk city court of the Rostov region of Russia resumed the hearing on the case of Nadiya Savchenko, Ukrainian pilot, MP and member of the PACE, which was captured in Donbas in June 2014, illegally transported to the Russian Federation, imprisoned by the Kremlin and accused of alleged involvement in the death of Russian journalists in Donbas.
Nadiya’s lawyer Mark Feygin posted on Twitter today that the court has announced that it does not have any information about ban to entry into Russia for Vira Savchenko. Yesterday the court decided to reject the petition of the defense to let Vira testify as a defense witness in the court.
