The so-called Ministry of Defense of DPR argues that because of the ‘regular violations’ of AFU, they will start the withdrawal on October 21, Joinfo.ua reports.

At the same time, the Ukrainian General Staff rejected the militants’ accusations and said that the process of removing them before arming will not begin. This was announced by the spokesman of the General Staff Vladyslav Seleznyov.

“This information (on ceasefire violations by the AFU – Joinfo.ua) is not true, at  least for the simple reason that the SMM of the OSCE is the only reliable source of such information “, – said Seleznyov.

“On October 18 we have to start the withdrawalin the Donetsk region, but, as we have already stated, the process of withdrawal should be carried out simultaneously and under the control of the SMM of the OSCE. If the militants will not take part in the process, respectively, we will adjust our plans,” – said Seleznyov.

Earlier we reported that in Lugansk region AFU completed the withdrawal of the mortars of a caliber of less than 100 mm. Today, near the Shchastya town under the supervision of the OSCE the last 5 units were withdrawn. The Ukrainian side has fulfilled 100 percent of withdrawal plan.
