“Yesterday 12 mortars were moved to a distance of over 15km from the frontline,” said spokesman of Administration of the President of Ukraine on ATO-related issues Colonel Andriy Lysenko at a press-briefing at Ukraine Crisis Media Center, Joinfo.ua report.

At the same time the State Border Guard Service reported that two militant UAVs were registered near Kurakhove and Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region yesterday. “Border guards noted one more UAV near Krasna Talivka located at the state border with Russia in Luhansk region,” added Colonel Lysenko. Two local women of occupied Lugansk tripped a mine in Stanytsia Luhanska and were killed.

“Ukraine’s Security Service apprehended a group of perpetrators who were distributing anti-Ukrainian leaflets, instigating provocations and desecrating Ukraine’s state symbols and pictures of ATO heroes,” said Colonel Lysenko. The perpetrators were detained after they installed a flag with a swastika. F-1 and RGD-5 grenades, as well as anti-Ukrainian propaganda materials, were seized from them during the search.

In Donetsk region police detained 12 militant perpetrators over the week. The perpetrators include members of militant groups Somali, Sparta, Vostok etc.

Ukraine’s Security Service discovered another cache with weapons near Artemivsk, Donetsk region. “Igla” portable surface-to-air missile system with components, 53 F-1 and RGD-5 grenades, 17 ammunition pieces for grenade launchers, 11 antipersonnel mines and a large amount of ammunition were seized from the cache.

Law enforcers in cooperation with border guards and volunteers are blocking smuggling attempts to the occupied territories daily. Five big consignments of food and meat as well as one consignment of oil products were detained over the last several days. A petrol tanker that was carrying 21.3 tons of fuel to the territories temporary controlled by the so-called LPR militants was detained near Komyshuvakha, Luhansk region. “Attempts to smuggle food were registered near the villages of Semygirya, Kodyma, Oleksandrovo-Kalynove and Novotroyitske in Donetsk region as well as near Vrubivka, Luhansk region. At the moment traffic along the entire line of contact is controlled by Ukrainian law enforcement,” said Colonel Lysenko.

A truck with nine tons of food from the International Committee of the Red Cross crossed through Novotroyitske checkpoint to the occupied territory yesterday.

Ukrainian sappers continue to clear territory from mines in all sectors. Only in the village Luganske today our military withdrew eight different tripwire grenades. They were without a moderator, thus, they were designed for instant explosion.

In sector “A” AFU completed the withdrawal of the mortars of a caliber of less than 100 mm. Today, near the Shchastya town under the supervision of the OSCE the last 5 units were withdrawn. The Ukrainian side has fulfilled 100 percent of withdrawal plan.

In the village Artemove, Donetsk region, the militaries along with volunteers of the civil-military cooperation have studied the social and domestic problems of local people. First of all the assistance in building materials will be provided to those whose housing has been damaged the most by the attacks. Slate, window glass and other reparing materials, foodstuffs sets, financial aid for the purchase of medicines for people will provide one of the Austrian funds.
