Dmytro Tymchuk, coordinator of Information Resistance, reports about the decline of the number of armed provocations from the Russian-terrorist forces in Donbas, while in some areas continues activity of infantry and subversive groups of militants. Several infantry militant groups (15-20 persons each) operate in the area of the Zaitsevo village (north of Horlivka). They made several provocative shootings small arms at the Ukrainian positions, Joinfo.ua reports.

Some groups operate near Beresove and Novotroitske (south of Donetsk). In addition, in this area several firings of 82mm mortar were detected in the depth of the militants’ territory. The militant groups and mortars relocation were detected near Sahanka and Shyrokyne. Subversive groups operate north of Myronivske and Troitske. The observers and sniper militant groups are detected in areas south-east of Krymske, near Vesela Hora, Shchastya, Luganske and Syze.

Near Spartak, 10 km from the boundary line, the position of artillery fighters (8 units of 152-mm guns type 2A65 “MSTA-B”) detected. In the same area in marching order recorded 6 units of 122-mm self-propelled guns 2S1 “Gvozdika”. Two units of rocket systems “Tor-M1″ on the march were detected between Khartsizk and Zugres near Hirne village.

The press service of the ATO reports that the participants of the humanitarian mission “Black Tulip” continue to search for victims’ remains in the ATO area.

Members of the operation “Evacuation-200” with the assistance of the Civil Military Cooperation were able to search the territory of the destroyed Donetsk Airport. They found the remains of three Ukrainian soldiers there. The remains will be examined for DNA identification.

In the area, controlled by the militants people are problems with water supply, which causes growing discontent among the local people. Thus, Lugansk suffers from shortage of water supply. And in order to “improve” the situation the local management stopped the supplies to the neighboring villages, so that more water could be supplied to Lugansk.

There are the similar problems of water shortage in Perevalsk region, controlled by the so-called LPR. Also there are no water in the Sofiyivka and Bayrachky villages. Partial water supply remains in Perevalsk, Artemivsk, Zorynsk, Yashchykove and other towns.

If the water supply is not restored to the population soon, the air temperatures below 0 will cause freezing of water supply and sewer pipelines.

After the end of hostilities in Debaltseve in March 2015, despite repeated assurances from the self-proclaimed government, residential buildings in the city are not restored, many windows are without glass. People who have left this territory do not hurry to return to their homes, but, expecting more of the utility services problems, continue to leave. People accuse the local management of the so-called DPR of embezzlement of funds that were allegedly allocated by Russia for restoring.
