ATO press-center reports on flagrant violation of the Minsk Agreements by militants. So, about 2 am militants fired Ukrainian base in Krasnogorovka with 122-millimeter artillery from Staromykhailivka direction, Joinfo.ua reports.

About 18:00 on Artemivsk direction mercenaries opened fire at AFU mobile group with small arms near Zolote village. In Luhansk region militants fired at Ukrainian stronghold in Crymske about 21:00, 22:00 and 23:00 with the small arms.

In total, during September 23 pro-Russian gangs violated the truce for 4 times.

It should be recalled that on September 22 the militants increased attacks in the Artemivsk direction, because of the results of a round of Minsk negotiations, where the self-proclaimed ‘DPR’,‘LPR’ and the Russian Federation representatives put forward an ultimatum to Ukraine.
