The Boeing Company will buy Ukrainian engines and launch vehicles from the Design Office Yuzhnoe and the plant Pivdenmash, Joinfo.ua informs referring to TSN.

It is reported that the parties have reached such an agreement in Washington. According to the head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine, Lubomyr Sabodash, one of the conditions of the American side is non-cooperation of Ukraine with the countries that are under the U.S. sanctions.

Yuzhnoe will provide launch vehicles for the launch of the Zenit and Antares missiles.

Boeing and the State Space Agency of Ukraine are planning to sign the Memorandum of Cooperation by the end of October or at beginning of November this year. Maybe it will happen during the NASA’s delegation’s visit to Ukraine.

“Boeing sees us as a partner. The company is interested in continuing cooperation with Ukraine in terms of Sea Start. It is also interested in our project to build a new satellite that would help Ukraine implement a telecommunications problem,” said Sabodash.

It should be recalled earlier, we reported that the Antonov State Enterprise signed a contract for the production and sale of 43 aircraft.
