Criminologists’ experience explains trip of President Vladimir Putin to Crimea: a criminal is drawn to crime scene

The trips of the Russian President Vladimir Putin to annexed Crimea was described by experienced criminologists - a criminal is drawn to the crime scene. Such an opinion was suggested by the people's deputy Refat Chubarov on Facebook.

According to Chubarov, who is referring to the TASS news agency, following the world-famous Russian writer, criminologists argue that a criminal is always drawn to the scene of a crime. And the President Vladimir Putin is just flying to annexed Crimea, Joinfo.ua reports.

The politician reminds that today, Putin will arrive in Crimea occupied by the Russian military under his direct command, where he will hold a “meeting of the Presidium of the State Council on the development of tourism in the Russian Federation.”

“As a political dessert, there is planned an ‘informal meeting of heads of state and representatives of national public associations of the Republic of Crimea.” If we translate the TASS langusge to the easily understandable one, tomorrow in Crimea Putin will reiterate the arguments that, in his opinion, should be the basis for the expected bargaining with the leaders of the Western world, “you give us Crimea, and we leave the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.” In this regard, it is possible that in his rhetoric the President Vladimir Putin will use the Crimean Tatar problems, too,” the deputy writes.
