The Polish deputies from such parties as The Real Politics Union, Freedom and The Rule of Law, as well as The Congress of The New Right consider Crimea as part of Russia. It was stated by the founder and leader of the three parties, the MEP of the eighth convocation, Janusz Korwin-Mikke, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the Russian newspaper Izvestiia.
He intends to visit the Crimean peninsula, but so far, he is busy until October 25 because of his election campaign.
He said that he would talk to his party colleagues and discuss the probability of a visit to the peninsula after the completion of the election campaign.
Korwin-Mikke said that he considered the trip of the French deputies to Crimea as a correct step, because “it will recognize the current legal status of Crimea.”
The Polish opposition non-parliamentary party ZMIANA has also expressed its desire to visit the peninsula. Nabil Malazi, the Deputy Chairman of the party said that “the party approves the actions of the President Vladimir Putin in the Middle East, which means that his policy towards the peninsula is also correct.”
