OSCE Mission confirms massive arrival of new fighters from Russia to Donbas

The monitors of the OSCE Mission recorded the arrival of armed men from Russia to the occupied territory of the Donetsk region. This was announced by Deputy Chief of the Mission Alexander Hug.

According to Hug, this week the monitors of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine recorded the arrival of armed men from Russia to the territory of the Donetsk region not controlled by the Ukrainian government, Joinfo.ua with reference to Radio Svododa.

“This week we saw armed men in uniform, who crossed the border in the direction of Ukraine in the checkpoint Marynivka, which is under control of the DPR, in the van with the license plate numbers of the so-called DPR and the logo of the Vostok battalion,” he reported.

In addition, the drone of the OSCE Mission registered accumulation of military equipment on the occupied territory of Komsomolsk and south along the boundary line. In the same area, monitors registered a Strela anti-aircraft missile system.
