Mark Feygin said that the Kremlin “chose the worst of the possible options” in the case of Nadiya Savchenko by sending it to the court of the Donetsk city in the Rostov region, Joinfo.ua reports.
“Fabricated case against Savchenko can only be considered in the wilds of the Rostov region,” he added.
In turn, the site of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation reports that the Deputy Prosecutor General Viktor Grin confirmed the indictment in the criminal case against Nadiya Savchenko. She is accused of committing crimes under sub-s ‘a’, ‘f’, ‘h’, ‘m’ of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder) and Part 3 of Article 30, sub-s ‘a’, ‘b’, ‘h’, ‘m’ of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to murder).
It should be recalled that Nadiya Savchenko has been detained in the Voronezh detention center since July 8, 2014.
