The foreign ministers of four countries of the Normandy Four – Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia – will discuss the situation in the Donbas once again, Joinfo.ua reports.
According to the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, at a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, the ministers will discuss the situation in the east of Ukraine.
The press service of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation did not deny the information about the meeting too. It is noted that "the holding of a meeting of foreign ministers in the Normandy format regarding Ukraine on June 23 is being worked out."
It should be recalled that the previous round of negotiations in the Normandy format at the level of foreign ministers was held in Berlin on April 14. The German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier acknowledged that during the meeting with Lavrov it was difficult for him to speak "the language of diplomacy."
