In the Donetsk region, the OSCE monitors met the people in the fatigues with the stripes of the Armed Forces of Russia and Russian equipment. It was announced by Michael Botsyurkiv, the spokesman for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine.

According to Botsyurkiv, last week, the OSCE monitors in Donetsk met armed soldiers in uniforms with insignia of the Armed Forces of Russia, Joinfo.ua reports referring to the Russian media.

"Last week, on Thursday-Friday, our monitors stumbled on four armed men in camouflage uniforms with the insignia of the Russian Armed Forces in the Donetsk region. They also saw some pieces of equipment with Russian number plates and identification marks," said Botsyurkiv.
