The film describes the invasion of Russian troops of Prague in 1968 in a positive way. The filmmakers say that the Prague Spring was participated by the fascists, Nazis and members of the SS. And Russian troops helped to "curb" them.

But the scandal has not subsided. Russian television picked up the baton and created a series of TV programs about the Prague Spring.
