The blogger recalled that by today's Presidential Decree Vladimir Putin classified the information about the servicemen, who died in peacetime. According to the blogger, from now on, the government will officially judge "all soldiers' mothers, who will try to count the graves, "suddenly" brought to Nizhny Novgorod, rather than try to incriminate the work of the State Department, or even more so, send the bandits," Joinfo.ua reports.

In addition, according to Plotnikov, with the help of the new decree "it will be easy to remove all kinds of veterans of Afghanistan and Chechnya – the warlords, thus covering up the tracks".

It should be recalled that by today's decree Russian President Vladimir Putin made the data on those killed during the special operation in peacetime a state secret.
