Ukraine finally cuts off military-technical cooperation with Russia

According to Yatsenyuk, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine terminated the agreement on military-technical cooperation with Russia signed in 1993, Joinfo.ua reports.

"Once upon a time there was such an agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on military-technical cooperation, it was signed on May 26, 1993. The Cabinet of Ministers decided to terminate this agreement," he said.

Yatsenyuk notes that the Russian Federation is a state-aggressor that illegally annexed Crimea and carries out military intervention in the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"Russia is a serious hazard for the Ukrainian state and its territorial integrity," said Ukrainian Prime Minister.

It should be recalled that the Verkhovna Rada recognized Russia as the aggressor, and DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations. In addition, according to political analysts, the decision of the parliament has geopolitical character, and since then President Petro Poroshenko has become a personal enemy of Putin.
