"All the trucks, including those from the Noginsk rescue center, are on the territory of the Don rescue center of EMERCOM in the Rostov region, where they are marshaled into a convoy," the Ministry informs.
"At the moment the vehicles are being loaded with humanitarian cargo, including food and basic necessities," said the representative of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

As is known, today Ukraine does not control a part of the border with Russia and the so-called "humanitarian convoys" enter the territory of Ukraine from Russia illegally. According to the Ukrainian authorities, the convoys provide militants with weapons.
It will be the 26th convoy with untested goods brought to the occupied territory of Ukraine without any permission. The last untested convoy from Russia allegedly carried gifts for veterans.
