The President stressed it was important to convey objective information about what is happening in the ATO area to the European leaders. The Head of State stressed that Ukraine steadily adhered to all Minsk obligations, but militants constantly carried out provocations against Ukraine, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the press service of the Head of State.

"The whole world needs to know this," said the President.

"We need to ensure effective coordination, so the agreements reached, and it is primarily decisive ceasefire and the withdrawal of heavy equipment and artillery, are maintained," said Poroshenko. The President stressed that the equipment was not withdrawn, as required by the Minsk agreements. The so-called parades in the Donetsk and Luhansk were the vivid demonstration of violations by the militants.

The Head of State reminded that on May 21 in Riga would be held the summit of Eastern Partnership. Ukraine expects that the joint declaration will reflect progress towards the determination of the European perspective of Ukraine and a visa-free regime.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that the parades held in Donetsk and Luhansk, which demonstrated Russian military equipment, were a provocation and a flagrant violation of the Minsk Agreement.
