The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is preparing a bill on reserve army. It was announced by Andriy Parubiy, the first deputy speaker of the Ukrainian parliament in the air of the TV channel "5 Kanal", Joinfo.ua reports.
"The Verkhovna Rada is preparing a law on reserve army. It resembles the Estonian version. There was established a working group, which is now completing its work on the relevant draft law. I think that at the legislative level we will give volunteer units the opportunity to have their own format in the defense system of Ukraine with a control center in the General Staff," said Parubiy.
