Speaking of the annexation of Crimea by Russia, Putin says he regrets nothing, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the Russian media.

"If people want to return to Russia, and do not want to be ruled by neo-Nazis and extreme nationalists of Bandera, we have no right to leave them," Putin said in the film, broadcasted by the TV channel "Russia 1".

According to Putin, he warned all his partners, that did not know what interests they would defend, but "we'll go to the end defending ours."

"And it is an extremely important thing. Not because we want to bite, snatch something. And not even because Crimea is of strategic importance in the Black Sea. But because it is an element of historical justice," he said.

Earlier, the Russian TV channel "Russia 1" has already demonstrated a film about Putin and Crimea: "Crimea. Way Home." The film shows how President Putin instructed to annex the peninsula, which is contrary to all international standards, and has not been recognized by any country in the civilized world.
