Commenting on the decision of the Ukrainian Parliament, Klintsevich said that the Verkhovna Rada "has surpassed itself by establishing the date for commencement of the defunct aggression as February 20, 2014, it is not just a lie, but a blasphemy," Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the Russian media.

The politician recalled the shooting of 40 protesters and 20 police officers on the Maidan in Kyiv on February 20, 2014.
