Another Russian convoy brings 745 tons of ‘humanitarian aid’ to Donbas

Today, the convoy of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations delivered 745 tons of "humanitarian aid" in the so-called Donetsk People's Republic. It was reported at the Center for Recovery Management of the DPR.

The 24th convoy consisted of 52 vehicles, which delivered 745 tons of "humanitarian aid". According to the separatists, the convoy brought food, fertilizers for the planting season, construction and decoration materials, medical supplies, textbooks for higher educational establishments, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to DAN.

A part of the "humanitarian cargo" was delivered to warehouses in Makiivka, the other part – in Donetsk. The DPR authorities reported that the so-called "humanitarian aid" was unloaded by over 300 volunteers.

It should be recalled that since the summer of 2014, Russia has sent the so-called "humanitarian convoys" to the combat zone in the Donbas. The contents of the trucks are unknown, because the Ukrainian border guards, customs officers, as well as representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross are not able to inspect the goods.
