A column of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations with the "humanitarian" cargo has already started to undergo the process of customs and passport control at the border checkpoint "Donetsk-Izvaryno", Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the Russian media.
One by one the trucks began to enter the territory of the checkpoint where they are examined by the Russian border guards.
According to the Russian rescue workers, more than 120 vehicles are carrying more than 1.4 thousand tons of "humanitarian" cargo, including food, daily necessities, building materials, as well as educational literature for pupils.
It should be recalled that since the summer of 2014, Russia has sent the so-called "humanitarian convoys" to the combat zone in the Donbas. The contents of the trucks are unknown, because the Ukrainian border guards, customs officers, as well as representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross are not able to inspect the goods.
The 23rd Russian so-called "humanitarian convoy" consisting of 120 vehicles crossed the border of Ukraine on April 2.
