According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the next, 24th in a row "humanitarian" convoy for the Donbas was sent from Noginsk, the Moscow region, to the Rostov region, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the National Center for Crisis Management.
"At 6 am Moscow time, the trucks with humanitarian aid for the people of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions made its way from the Noginsk Rescue Emergency Center to the Rostov region," Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
"It is only a part of the trucks that will compose the next column, it will be compiled in the Don rescue center in the Rostov region. Here the machines from Noginsk will be joined by the cars from other regions. After the column is formed, it will be sent to the Donbas," adds the department.
