Once again, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused the Ukrainian side of sabotaging the Minsk agreements without a specific logical reason, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the Russian media.

"Answering the question of what can Russia do to fulfill the Minsk agreements, I will answer – we have called on and we will continue calling on the authorities in Kyiv, France, and Germany, as the guarantors of the Minsk arrangements along with us, to have an impact on the Ukrainian government and make it perform what its president signed up for," said Lavrov.

He announced that on April 13 in Berlin, there will be held the meeting in the Normandy format at the level of Foreign Ministers.

"In preparation for this meeting, I sent another messages to my colleagues from Germany, France, and Ukraine, raising the question of the need to stop sabotaging the implementation of the Minsk agreements," said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
