Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic refused to visit Moscow on the May 9 parade celebrating the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to the Vijesti publication.
The leader of Montenegro intends to visit the event, dedicated to the victory over fascism in Podgorica, said the press service of the President.
It should be noted that the list of the world leaders not coming to attend the May 9 parade in Russia is constantly increasing. In particular, U.S. President Barack Obama, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, British Prime Minister David Cameron, head of the European Council, Donald Tusk, the presidents of Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Georgia, Moldova, Finland, Bulgaria and others will not go to Moscow:.
At the same time, President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman officially confirmed that he accepted Putin's offer to come to the capital of the former Soviet empire for the parade.
