Russian Investigative Committee appoints 5 more examinations for Savchenko

Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has appointed five new examinations for Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko due to the proofs of her innocence put forward by her defence.

According to the lawyer Nikolai Polozov, there will be held the following examinations: phonographic, photographic, computer-technical, forensic, and criminalistic, Joinfo.ua reports.

"Some of the materials for the examinations in the Savchenko's case were seized from Igor Plotnitsky, the head of the LPR, less than a month ago. They do not hurry up," said Polozov.

He also added that Nadiya Savchenko felt good, she was conserving her strength for the trials coming and thanked everyone for support.

In turn, the lawyer Mark Feygin said that the court had satisfied the defense motion to attach the video of Yegor Russkiy, examination, and his interrogation to the case. "Now we will demand of confrontations with Yegor Russkiy, Igor Plotnitskiy and notorious Maretskiy," said Feygin.
