In particular, President of Slovakia Andrej Kiska, Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite, Latvian President Andris Berzins, President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski, and Prime Minister David Cameron.
Moreover, U.S. President Barack Obama and President of the European Council Donald Tusk will not attend the parade too.
