According to the foreign press, in a suitcase of a citizen of France, who was crossing the border into the European Union, Polish border guards found an unusual cargo. In the suitcase was a woman without documents, who appeared to be a wife of the Frenchman, Joinfo.ua reports referring to the Polish channel TVP Info.

The channel reported that the incident occurred at the Terespol checkpoint. The Frenchman was going to the EU by the train Moscow – Nice.

"During the inspection at the border control in railway point in Terespol, border guards found an unusual case in which a woman wanted to cross the border," said Dariusz Senitskii, a border guard from Helm.

As it turned out, in such a humble way a Russian lady was trying to cross the border into the EU. And the reason was quite simple – the Russian woman did not have a Schengen visa, and the couple decided to circumvent the law in such a trivial way.

"It is not known how long the woman was in the suitcase, but when she got out, she felt good and did not require any medical care," said Dariusz Senitskii.

According to the border guards, the offenders were transferred to the Department of Border Guard Service in Terespol. There they will wait for the decision of the court. But according to the law, both of them will face at least 3-year imprisonment.
