At the request of the deputies, there was held a revote, and as a result, the decision was supported by 60 deputies.
It should be recalled that on January 27, 2015 the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada passed a bill that recognized Russia as an aggressor, and DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations. January 28, Russia was recognized an aggressor in Kyiv, and January 30 – in Mariupol.
However, the Kharkiv Regional Council was unable to vote the similar decision on the first try. A re-vote at the next meeting in the Kharkiv Regional Council on recognition of Russia as an aggressor is initiated by the group "Unity of Kharkiv."
