Kremlin does not deny rumors about Putin’s disease

According to a spokesman for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, the rumors about Russian President Vladimir Putin being ill are a spring fever.

Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary of the Russian Federation, tried to comment on the rumors regarding Russian President Vladimir Putin being ill, Joinfo.ua reports.

"As soon as the sun comes out in the spring, as soon as it starts to smell spring, aggravation begins," said Peskov, commenting on information about Putin's disease.

"Some people envision Sechin's retirement, others – resignation of the government, and some people do not see President Putin on TV for several days," said Peskov.

According to him, the Kremlin takes it in its stride.

"We take these exacerbations easy and patiently answer the questions," said a spokesman for the Russian leader.

But yet it is unclear what Peskov meant to say by such comments.

The reason for the information regarding the Russian president's health was his message to postpone the meeting of the leaders of Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan in Astana, scheduled for this week. "The leaders of the three countries did decide to postpone the planned meeting in Astana for a few days," said Peskov, without specifying the reason for this decision.

It should be recalled that the Russian leader feels bad, but finds the strength to hold meetings.
