Obama, Merkel, Hollande, and Cameron discussed war in Donbas

Today the leaders of the USA, Germany, France, and Great Britain had a video conference on the war in the Donbas.

It was reported by the head of the European Council, Donald Tusk, who took part in the negotiations.

"Video conference with Obama, Francois Hollande, Angela Merkel, Matteo Renzi, and David Cameron on Ukraine-Russia and Libya just ended," Tusk wrote on Twitter.

He did not disclose the details of the negotiations, but according to Agence France-Presse, the world leaders agreed on a 'strong reaction' if the Minsk agreements were significantly violated.
