Such information is distributed by the press service of the Ukrainian president.

It is noted that the parties have endorsed the Ukrainian proposal to send the OSCE observers to all locations of the ceasefire regime violation, particularly to begin with 10 inhabited localities: Shchastya, Popasna, Stanytsia Luhanska, Krymske, Avdiivka, Volnovakha, Hranitne, Luhanske, Shyrokine and the area of Donetsk airport.

It is worth noting that Poroshenko, Merkel, and Hollande appealed to Putin once again with a request for immediate release of the Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko. Also, Ukrainian President insists on release of all the hostages illegally held in the Donbas and the Russian Federation.

In addition, the parties discussed the delivery of humanitarian assistance from Ukraine and other countries to the Donbas.

It should be recalled that on February 17, Poroshenko had a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel. The Head of State urged the parties to take measures to cease fire, "especially in the area of Debaltseve."
