Estonian Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus said that the European Union should take additional measures against Russia due to its aggression in eastern Ukraine, Joinfo.ua informs with reference to Delfi.ee.

According to her, the agreements reached in Minsk need to be unconditionally complied with and the military equipment should be immediately withdrawn.

"If the Minsk agreements are not respected, the EU must take additional measures against Russia," Pentus-Rozimannus said.

She stressed that Russia must ensure safe and unhindered access for the OSCE observers to the conflict zone.
