Steffen Seibert, the representative of the Federal Government of Germany is concerned about the lack of comprehensive ceasefire, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to Reuters.
"When you look at the situation as a whole since leaders met in Minsk, it is clear the implementation of the measures is not satisfactory," Seibert said.
"What is decisive is a comprehensive ceasefire. It is worrying for the German government that we haven't seen anything like this yet," he added.
"We expect Russia to use its considerable influence on the separatists to bring about a ceasefire has come," Seibert said.
