The fifteenth illegal "humanitarian convoy" from Russia arrived in Luhansk, states Oleg Voronov, Deputy Head of the National Center for Crisis Situations Management of the Emergency Ministry of Russia, Joinfo.ua reports.
"15 trucks with more than 100 tons of humanitarian aid, most of which are food products, including baby food arrived in Luhansk," Voronov said.
After unloading the trucks will head back to Russia. According to Voronov, the delivered goods will be sent to the city, where there is lack of food and basic necessities.
According to the Russian media reports, today, over 200 tons of "humanitarian aid" will be will be delivered in Donetsk and Luhansk and distributed between the towns in complex humanitarian condition. Debaltseve is among these cities.
It should be recalled that February 15, in occupied Donetsk and Luhansk there was unloaded the 14th so-called "humanitarian convoy" from Russia.
It should be noted that the "convoy" was unloaded by more than 500 people.
Given that the movement of goods was carried out in violation of international and domestic laws, the Ukrainian border and customs team carried out only a visual inspection of the vehicles. The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross did not participate in forming the cargo.
